When I am not head down in the numbers, you will find me out on Brisbane's Bayside, training for triathlons, from sprints to full endurance events. When I'm not racing, you might catch me hitting the trails or the pavement, enjoying road and trail running with my Border collie, Chili.

If I decide to slow down, I'm probably in my garden, or you'll find me curled up with a good book!
